A good sirloin does not need much. We season it, put it over high heat for a proper crust, and rest it before it reaches the plate so the juices stay in the steak. The peppercorn sauce is served over the top, sharp and creamy enough to work with the beef without hiding it.
If you want the same steak in a lighter format, our Steak Sandwich puts an 8 oz New York sirloin on garlic toast with vegetables and onion rings. Either way it is the plate to order when you are celebrating something at our Bonnyville lounge.
How We Cook It
The 10 oz sirloin is seasoned and grilled to your requested doneness, rested, then plated with peppercorn sauce and finished with two onion rings.
What Comes With It
Garlic toast, seasoned vegetables and onion rings are included. Add a starter Caesar salad or a poutine on the side to round out the meal.
